    Provider Relations Representative - Admin Services

    Under the supervision of the Director, the Provider Relations Representative functions as a liaison among the contracted physician/specialist offices and St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare. This position provides on-going communication, in-service, orientation, and direction to these contracted provider offices.

    Required qualifications:

    • 1 year Experience working with physicians in a managed care/IPA, Medical group, health plan or MSO environment with Provider Relations or Customer Service experience.

    • Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management.

    • 2 years Managed care Provider Relations experience.

    Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
