Here at Launch Fulfillment we fulfill orders for over 150 clients across many product demographics. Your job as a Client Relations Representative will be to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. This relationship is built on open and proactive communication. Communication is via email, phone calls and Google meetings. It will be your responsibility to ensure that their requests, issues, and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
