Provider Relations Representative supports, develops and maintains service relationships with all participants (physicians, providers and administrators) of a provider network. Responds to electronic and direct inquiries from clients about policies, rates, changes, referrals, eligibility, credentialing, etc. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Being a Provider Relations Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Provider Relations Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
- Monitor and record children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a positive learning environment
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare or related field (e.g., early childhood education, nannying, special education) is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certifications)
