This opportunity is for a Provider Relations Manager to lead the marketing efforts in the counties we serve. DUTIES OF POSITION:
Responsible for strategically planning all marketing activities and navigating referrals. This role is responsible for collaborating with the hospice team members, community, professional referral sources- promoting company services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 1 year experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/ professionals. Hospice experience preferred.

3. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
4. Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
