As the Service Provisioning Specialist III, you will be working in a fast-paced environment handling calls and chats primarily from internal customers and technicians. In this exciting role you will be responsible for provisioning and assigning high-speed internet and digital switch services. In addition, you will be providing accurate facility information, completing service orders, and troubleshooting with technicians by accessing various support systems and devices.
