Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Construction Manager/Engineer. The ideal candidate has a passion for construction, an eagerness to learn, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success. This position will work out of our Louisville, KY location performing construction administration, observation and coordination tasks for the multi-year terminal modernization program at the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport. This is an exciting and rewarding career opportunity, where you will join a team of 30 dedicated Aviation team members at Foth. 

• Perform construction management, observation, and leadership activities, including coordination of construction activities between our design team, our construction observers, the contractors, TSA, airline tenants, and the client
• Support construction observers with resolution of construction technical issues
• Manage and coordinate construction schedules
• Engage in planning activities during low construction activity periods 
• Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with project stakeholders
• Conduct project constructability reviews to support planning and bidding elements of the project
• Oversee regulatory compliance with the FAA and other regulatory entities
• Organize and conduct weekly project progress meetings with the PM, client, and contractors
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of project equipment as necessary
• Ensure adherence to project specifications per client or project requirements
• Supervise quality control of all contractor materials and installation during project execution

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum 5 years of construction management/administration experience in aviation or public infrastructure construction  
• There is no travel requirement for this opportunity as you will be supporting the client at the airport

• 10 years of construction management and administrative experience
• Previous experience with vertical construction
