POSITION SUMMARY:
The Provisioning Broadband Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth execution of deployment for all residential and SMB broadband products from a customer perspective. This person will participate in planning meetings and consult with sales in order to plan for operational activities that affect the end customer. Additionally, the Broadband Success Coordinator will provide both troubleshooting and customer assistance as well as manage dispatch schedules.
