Functions:
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Work with clients suffering from a wide variety of conditions
Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mental disorders
Work with patients of all ages
Responsibilities:
Assess individuals using diagnostic tests and interviews
Diagnose mental, behavioral and emotional disorders
Managing resources to service targets as effectively as possible, for example, using electronic health records, working with staff including medical receptionists, medical assistants, contact center, medical billing, patient liaisons, practice manager, and data miners
Adheres to the highest standards of practice, ethics, and professionalism at all times
Decide what treatment methods to use
Help individuals deal with short-term personal issues that may result from a crisis such as the breakup of a relationship, death of a loved one, a traumatic event or the loss of a job. May serve as a preceptor to residents and students
Assists the Medical Director in the development and updating of medical and other policies, guidelines, and medical orders used in the delivery of mental health to patients
Adheres to practice's guidelines for timely completion of health record documentation, phone and digital conversation documentation with or about patients, and completion of billing requirements
Provide therapy to families or couples

Board certification or eligibility for said certification
Experience
1-2 years of post-full licensure experience in the practice of clinical psychology
The position is part time to start, 3 days per week until the clientele builds up
