Diagnoses disorders, including nature and extent, and determines the appropriate course of treatment for the patient. Being a Psychologist - M.A. uses talk therapy to treat patient illness or distress, cannot prescribe medication. Requires a master's degree in clinical psychology. Additionally, Psychologist - M.A. requires a valid state license to practice. Typically reports to a medical director. The Psychologist - M.A. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Psychologist - M.A. typically requires 7+ years of related experience. Benefits:
Health and Dental Plans: The District offers 3 Health/Dental Plans with various deductible and co-pays. For 2023-2024 health insurance plans include $1,500 Deductible Plan, $2,500 Deductible Plan, and a $3,500 High Deductible Plan (Health Saving Account eligible).
Life Insurance: The District provides a life insurance policy at no cost to the employee and dependents. It is a $20,000 Term Life for the employee and $5,000 for dependents.
Wyoming State Retirement: The District pays 15.815% and the employee pays 2.805%
Paid Time Off (PTO): 11 days of per contract year.
