    SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Manager to join our team. The PR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies to promote Options Medical Weight Loss and Options Nutrition within the medical and weight loss communities. This individual will be a part of the Marketing Team and work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to promote brand awareness and understanding, while also building positive relationships with various media outlets and health care leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the healthcare industry.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all actions and written communications. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to represent our company with confidence and professionalism. Position Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of Options Medical Weight Loss.
    Build and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets, journalists, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
    Proactively seek and capitalize on media opportunities to secure positive coverage for the Options, its services and success stories.
    Facilitate the Chief Marketing Officer as the primary spokesperson for the facility, effectively communicating key messages to the media and public.
    Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to distribute to targeted media outlets.

    Plan and coordinate press conferences, media interviews, and other public events to generate publicity and raise awareness.
    Monitor media coverage and maintain a comprehensive media database to track relevant mentions and trends.

    Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers and community partners to expand the facility's network and reach.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.
    Handle crisis communication situations.
    25% or more travel time.

    Other duties as assigned. Competencies:
    Strong media relations skills, with a track record of successfully securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging PR materials.

    Demonstrated ability to effectively manage PR campaigns and initiatives from conception to execution.

    Proficient in leveraging digital platforms and social media for PR purposes.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Knowledge of medical weight loss, nutrition, or related healthcare fields is highly desirable.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    Proactive and creative thinker with a passion for public relations and promoting positive change in the healthcare industry. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required Education/Experience -
    Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

    3 years experience working in public relations, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field.

    Experience with project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com (preferred).
