Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
