Clearview Window and Door Company is a home exterior company on a mission to overdeliver for our employees and customers from sale to job completion. Our base has been in Parkville MD for over 30 years where we now have over 4,000 customers in Baltimore and the surrounding counties. We are a fun, family-owned, faith-based and are looking for an Purchasing Coordinator to join our friendly team. Overall responsibilities include contract review, procurement, receiving, pick ups and deliveries, and showroom material upkeep.

Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Purchasing experience
• Experience with doors, windows, siding, decks, etc. a plus
• Ability to move doors, windows, materials
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Workspace required
• Ability to communicate kindly and clearly with office staff and customers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow established procedures.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with customer-centric focus.
• Ability to work one Saturday morning per month
• Ability to learn CRM Lead Managment System

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
