The position of Quality Assurance /Outreach Coordinator is workingalongside the Management Team as the executive assistant to performing a wide range of complex and confidential compliance, operational and administrative support duties alongside the agency Director. The Quality Assurance /Outreach Coordinator supports the agency‘s vision and works to insure the mission is executed within all departments at the facility. The role requires excellent written skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide information and services to a wide range of internal and external contacts. The Quality Assurance Manager/Outreach Coordinator must have knowledge of the agency and departmental standards, policies and procedures. The QA Coordinator develop planning processes and procedures to help ensure that services delivered adhere to defined “high” standards to include DHEC, DAODAS,CARF. The QA/Outreach Coordinator serves as the administrator for the the agency reporting systems to include the grants management and electronic health record systems, head of the health and safety, and cultural competency team. The Q.A./ Outreach Coordinatorwill be responsible foreducating the public about Pillars4hope services, mission and goal, volunteer/employment recruitment and coordination, media campaigns and fund raising goals.
