You will ensure our products not only meet but exceed food safety regulations, maintaining the impeccable quality that our customers have come to expect and trust.

    Your Role: A Blend of Science, Leadership, and Integrity

    • Regulatory Mastery: Be the stronghold of compliance with USDA and other regulatory bodies, ensuring every product meets stringent safety standards.
    • Root Cause Sleuth: Dive deep into discrepancies, unraveling issues at their core to maintain our commitment to quality.
    • Innovation in Quality: Work closely with the Quality Director to refine and enhance our food safety and quality protocols.
    • Audit Excellence: Lead from the front in all audits, showcasing our high standards and dedication to food safety.
    • Building Bridges: Forge strong, cooperative relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance.
    • Champion of Sanitation: Direct our sanitation program, ensuring a clean, safe environment for our premium products.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize micro sampling to confirm the effectiveness of our processes and make informed improvements.
    • Leadership with Purpose: Guide and grow our Quality Assurance team, fostering an environment of learning and excellence.

    Who We're Looking For

    • A visionary with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
    • A certified professional in HACCP and SQF, with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry quality assurance. Food Industry experience highly preferred!
    • An expert in USDA, FDA regulations, and GMPs with a proven leadership background.
    • A problem-solver, proficient in data analysis and quality management software, with stellar communication skills.
