Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor jobs in Laramie, WY

Tungsten Parts Wyoming is looking for a Quality Inspector  Supervisor to maintain company and client quality standards. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. You would ensure our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Read blueprints and instructions
• Understand and maintain company quality expectations
• Uphold perfection within the Quality Lab
• Determine sample quality
• Maintain a working understanding of client contracts and specifications necessary
• Understand how to perform complex testing procedures
• Maintain records of testing, information and metrics to maintain company standards
• Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meet requirements
• Prepare and maintain operating standards
• Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Flexible schedule
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems (Preferred but Optional)
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, quality standards and functions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 functions (Preferred but Optional)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
