    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manages and maintains client records to ensure confidentiality.
    • Accurately enters client demographics into Cortex/Echo databases.
    • Updates contacts in databases and client files. Meticulously enters admission and discharge dates. Closes enrollments as needed.
    • Files all information pertaining to client records, ensuring that files are kept up to date.
    • Monitors the flow of records in and out of the department and agency.
    • Conducts a quantitative review of all clinically related documentation and reports. This may include but not be limited to IOP and progress notes, reports pertinent to client treatment/progress, Treatment Plans, Comprehensive Goal Plans, etc.
    • Keeps abreast of licensing/certification/accreditation standards and HIPAA regulations as it pertains to record reviews and billing.
    • Provides miscellaneous clerical interdepartmental support as needed.

    Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    Other Qualifications:

    • At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
    • Criminal clearances (specific State & child clearances and, if necessary, FBI).
    • Non-communicable diseases physical exam.
    • Valid driver's license from employee’s state of residence.
    • Valid registered vehicle insurance.
    • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
