Quality Assurance Specialist jobs in Jonesboro, AR

The Quality Assurrance Specialist, who is supervised by the Lead Quality Assurrance Specialist, will properly coordinate the administrative processes and projects to assist the Lead Q.A. Specialist and Q.A staff with relevant quality projects, thus ensuring that supported individuals thrive through quality services. Projects will include LEAN, accreditation, policies and procedures, relevant compliance standards, audits, and trainings. The Q.A. Specialist will also be responsible for receiving and tracking monthly reports about safety and sanitation. This person will conduct administrative and data tracking tasks to ensure compliance with State Quality Enhancement, Licensure, Health Department, and other external monitoring entity guidelines. The QAS is required to follow the proper quality assurance protocols to assure quality of life for persons supported.

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must have at least one year experience working with individuals with disabilities. Must be able to type and produce reports reflective of strong writing and mathematical aptitude.
