Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to customers. Duties: - Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations - Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions - Inspect product samples for defects or deviations from specifications - Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities - Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues - Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and systems - Conduct regular checks on equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning - Fabricate test fixtures or tools as needed for quality inspections Skills: - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures - Experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines is preferred - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Familiarity with quality control techniques and methodologies - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of quality systems and their implementation (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) - Previous experience in QA/QC roles is highly desirable If you are a meticulous individual with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards, we would love to hear from you.
