Conducts and validates various biological and chemical quality control (QC) assays. Being a Quality Control Analyst compiles, interprets, and documents statistical data from testing processes to either confirm compliance with established quality standards or identify deviations. May be responsible for establishing specifications for conducting assays and writing standard operating procedures. Additionally, Quality Control Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Quality Control Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Intern-Quality Control (NH ): We are seeking a safety minded, self-motivated individual to fill our QC Internship position. As an intern within our QC team, the selected candidate will learn about the quality control process and the practices Pike Industries follows in order to reach and maintain a high standard of quality with all of our products. The intern will be exposed to a variety of quality control processes which will include conducting testing to determine quality of raw materials, as well as testing to determine quality of installed hot mix asphalt. Throughout the internship there will be opportunities to travel to other QC labs throughout New Hampshire with qualified staff. This position will be based out of our Hooksett, NH facility. Classification: Non-Exempt Student hourly position.
