Job Description:
Collaborate with management to establish Quality Assurance/Quality Control parameters for projects within a portfolio of Energy Efficiency Programs.
Utilize Excel-based exception reports to identify missing project notation/documentation, inputs outside expected ranges, or duplicate submissions.
Conduct comprehensive Quality Control reviews on a sample of projects, including matching invoices against database costs, verifying product specifications, and ensuring proper documentation signoffs.
Report findings and trends to the management and develop PowerPoint presentations detailing findings.
Provide recommendations for future Quality Assurance initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to handle a high volume of invoice/workbook/database/documentation reviews.
Attention to detail.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Solid problem-solving capabilities.
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively with different teams.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and database programs.
Experience & Education (Desirable):
Bachelor s degree and/or minimum of 5 years related work experience.
1-5 years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience.
Work Location:
Blend of onsite and remote work.
Candidate must be a New Jersey Resident and reside in New Jersey.
Travel required to local New Brunswick, NJ.
