Quality Control Analyst jobs in Tulsa, OK

Job Duties:

• Sample and identify populations of mortgages that require review.
• Conduct periodic file reviews inclusive of:
• Core file reviews as dictated by HUD.
• Targeted reviews of high-risk areas.
• Operational reviews of the organization and vendors; and
• Other reviews as identified by management.
• Work with business units and vendors to reconcile issues and identify areas of weakness or high risk in order to protect the organization from unacceptable risk.
• Determine the root cause of deficiencies and work with other business units to create and implement action plans to reduce defects.
• Maintain the quality control test plan and update in compliance with HUD contract.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with Compu-Link Team to ensure accurate and timely completion of duties

Qualifications / Skills:

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent, college degree preferred
• No less than five years of related experience in quality control, or audit related roles preferably in mortgage servicing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Reverse mortgages preferred
• Microsoft Office products, PDF/Adobe experience required
• HERMIT Tracking System experience a plus
• Ability to learn audit procedures quickly and retain necessary information for daily work processes
• Must be a self-starter and perform duties with limited supervision
• Must be detail-oriented and work well with others
