Job Title : Quality Control InspectorLocation : AustinBusiness Unit Description : ENOVIS SurgicalKey Responsibilities : Perform First Article Inspection (FAI)Conduct dimensional and electrical inspection of sub-assemblies or final systems assemblyPerform quality control / release testing on products and incoming quality inspections and tests of raw materials as directedPerform dimensional and / or visual inspection to blueprints, using gauges and other reliant inspection equipmentPerform quality control inspections in accordance with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and other applicable regulationsPerform document review, analysis, inspection, and archive Device History Records (DHRs)Identify, document, segregate, evaluate, and disposition non-conforming materialMaintain compliance in a highly regulated environment for medical devices following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Able to communicate findings effectively in oral and written form with the aim of improving processesWork as part of a team, contributing ideas to improve processesCollaborate cross-functionally with team members from areas including but not limited to Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory AffairsMeet schedule and overtime requirements as neededMinimum Basic Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required;

Associates or Bachelors degree a plus2 years of relevant experience required; experience with quality inspection in a manufacturing / production environment preferredStrong visual acuity and attention to detail requiredAbility to sit for extended periods of time requiredAbility to lift and maneuver up to 30lbs regularly requiredTravel Requirements : noneDesired Characteristics : Customer FocusedAction OrientedIntegrity and TrustFriendly attitudeProblem solverWorks well as both a team and individualPhysical Requirements : Ability to sit / stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift / carry / pull up to 25 lbs"Creating better together".
