Summary: This individual will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met for fabricated,
assembled, and purchased goods.
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties
must be performed as assigned or required.
- Supporting and delivering in–house quality procedures, standards and specifications
- Continuously review and suggest improvements to the QMS.
- Ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Deliver quality audits and/or specifications for suppliers of raw materials, fabricated
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with national standards.
- Ability to train employees on the quality standards with his/her performance.
- Acting as a facilitator for change and improvement in performance and quality.
- Communicate and professionally interact with consulting engineers, vendors, employees
- Provide accurate, timely information and documentation.
- Review and maintain vital project documentation.
- Perform all job functions in compliance with company safety program.
- Work toward continuous quality improvement.
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the individual in this position must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the
minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
Education/Experience:
- Degree in a field relatable to Quality or comparable experience in a manufacturing
- Knowledge in the fields of welding, metallurgy, quality control, process improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Office, small hand tools, calibration tools, etc.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of

eyes are fixed on a given point), Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to
judge distances and spatial relationships), and Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the
eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
Vision requirements listed are primarily applied to reading quality control documents, computer
monitors, and related detailed work, as well as various tool usage.
