    7a - 7p - $16.25 / hr

    7pm - 7am $18.75 / hr

    Quality Control Inspector Essential Requirements:
    • Work Order Documentation
    • Label Printing and Inspection
    • Complete and Review Setup and First Off Inspection & Restart Checklists
    • Review Operator Data Forms
    • Complete and Review Quality Inspection Data Forms
    • Understand Quality Alerts for Newly Discovered Defects
    • Complete and Review Batch Review Checklist
    • Monitor and Re-Inspect Any Sorted Product
    • Print Documents by The Document Module in Q-Pulse
    • Enter SPC Data into Gain Seeker
    • Follow All Safety Rules and Regulations; Report Any Potential Problems to Your Supervisor.
    • Utilizes Optical and Mechanical Inspection Equipment.
    • Must Set Example in All Actions of Work Discipline, Attendance, Quality and Performance.
    • Ensure The Identification and Traceability of Production Parts and Resin Used by Verifying Tags for All Production, Molding Equipment and Resin Storage Containers Are in Place and Correct.
    • Assist in Performing Mold Capability Studies.
