Job Description: As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and assurance. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with industry standards, implementing quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining ISO quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Managing the Corrective and Preventive Action process to address non-conformances and drive root cause analysis.
• Overseeing the Control of Non-Conforming Product process to ensure defective products are identified, segregated, and dispositioned appropriately.
• Managing the International Material Data System (IMDS) to track and report on the chemical composition of materials used in our products as required.
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and reliability in our manufacturing processes.
• Conducting regular quality audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Leading training initiatives to ensure that employees understand and adhere to quality requirements.
• Setting up and maintaining quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Ensuring that our supply chain adheres to regulations such as the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act regarding conflict minerals, as required
• Collaborating with suppliers to obtain necessary information and documentation regarding the origin and use of conflict minerals in our products, and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance as required
• Providing customers with needed information, such as first articles and PPAP paperwork as required
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience implementing ISO quality management systems.
• Familiarity with Control of Non-Conforming Product processes and corrective action methodologies.
• Knowledge in using the International Material Data System (IMDS) or similar tools for material compliance tracking.
• Experience in setting up and conducting quality checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership abilities and a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,045.95 - $65,152.11 per year
