Quality Improvement Director - Healthcare leads and directs process and overall quality improvement activities that produce better patient care and more efficient operations.     POSITION DETAILS:

    • Utilizing a team-based approach to reduce risk to clients, visitors, and staff as well as to improve client experiences.
    • Pivotal involvement in improving all processes throughout the Center.
    • Managing Client Experience and Risk Management related activities.
    • Working with Director of Quality Improvement & Organizational Performance to make sure Standards of Care are met.
    • Diverse responsibilities in the Center's overall Risk Management strategies, including client experiences and data analysis.
    • Cross training to assist with Monitoring, Licensing, Accreditation, and Policies.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

    • High School Diploma/GED = Required
    • 2 years of risk management and standards evaluation experience = Strongly Preferred
    • Ability to operate in compliance with federal, state and accrediting regulatory agencies = Required
    • Confidence in handling multiple project deadlines and goals simultaneously = Required
    • Ability to work with a diverse collection of colleagues, community partners and regulatory organization representatives = Required
    • Exceptional skills in organization (time and information), task prioritization and independent problem solving = Required
    • Professional comfort operating in a strongly team-focused environment = Required
    • Demonstrated experience providing enthusiastic and efficient internal customer service = Required
    • Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience = Strongly Preferred
    • Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check = Required

    LOGISTICS & COMPENSATION:

    • Full-Time Salaried/Exempt Position
    ~ Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM
    ~ Friday 8AM-3PM
