    Founded in 2006, Cascade Receivables Management (“CRM”) is a leading financial services company that provides accounts receivable liquidity solutions to the consumer finance and healthcare industries.  In addition to supporting the debt purchase and finance activities of its sister company, Cascade Capital Funding, CRM’s suite of products and services include master servicing, third party collections, and revenue cycle optimization. 


    Position Overview

    The Director of Business Development will be responsible for helping both deepen and broaden Cascade365’s footprint in the healthcare sector while also serving as a product specialist and subject matter expert.

     

    Position Responsibilities

    Generate new business through prospecting and cross or up selling of existing client relationships.

    • Expand Cascade365’s client-base in its existing verticals
    • Aid in diversifying the types of healthcare account receivables that Cascade365 acquires, lends against and services.
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client-side and full-stack RCM knowledge base.

     

    Contribute as a key stakeholder, help direct Cacade365’s marketing efforts:

    • Leadership role in marketing meetings and strategic planning.
    • Collaborate with existing sales team, management and marketing team on SEO content, articles for publication, key announcements, ad placements, and sponsorship planning.

     

    Identify new products and/or service offerings:

    • Harness SME experience to help brainstorm and explore new products, services, and strategies to increase value add and positive ROI for Cacade365’s client-base.


    Job Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience working in a leadership role in revenue cycle management as a consultant or in-house for a healthcare organization
    • Successful sales or business development experience
    • BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus
    • Ability to find and engage new business opportunities
    • Ability to identify and overcome objections and execute closure
    • Subject Matter Expert for client-side and full-stack revenue cycle management in healthcare
    • Knowledge of the current healthcare landscape and new business opportunities
    • Strong communication skills; personable with solid networking skills
    • Working understanding of the specialty finance and collections industries
    • Ability to leverage the Cascade365 brand and identify additional opportunities within our current client base
    • Strong technology and social media skills; intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Up to 50% travel
