This position will be located at our Hwy 75. facility and will work 7:30 am- 4:30 pm Monday- Thursday with frequent overtime on Friday's and Saturday's as needed.

Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for providing company-wide leadership and direction for the Food Safety and Quality Assurance function by defining, communicating, and coordinating the implementation of the Company’s Food Safety System. This position will champion Food Safety Culture within Palmer Candy and with our suppliers that positively impacts the financial performance of Palmer Candy Company.
