We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Food and Service Compliance Consultant to join our team. As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards within the Dietary Department. Your expertise in compliance and regulations, ICD-10, ICD-9, HIPAA, compliance management, and Medicare will be essential in maintaining our commitment to legal and ethical practices.

```Responsibilities```
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in regulations and update client policies accordingly
- Investigate any potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all areas of the organization
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and reports

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a compliance role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- In-depth knowledge Dietary practices and regulations
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, ICD-10, ICD-9, HIPAA, compliance management, and Medicare guidelines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to provide guidance and training to employees

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $85.00 per hour
