Quality Manager
Tulsa area manufacturer that is privately held has as an opportunity due to a team expansion.- This role reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for manufacturing Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
- Training and Quality Operating System (QOS) duties have been split out.
- Establishes mfg quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls.
- Acts as a change agent via a continuous improvement mindset.
- Develops data analysis and product specifications to create standards and establish quality and reliability of finished product.
- Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance of materials, facilities, and products.
- Investigates and drive customer correction actions regarding quality.
- Directly supervises 2-3 employees.
- BA/BS from an accredited four-year college or university - REQUIRED
- 3 years related manufacturing experience
- Salary: DOE - target $90K to 95K base range
- This role reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for manufacturing Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
