The Senior Quality Program Manager is a crucial member of the URBN Supply Chain Team. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a new quality program that will enhance the logistics network of URBN and ensure that our customers have the best experience possible. The ideal candidate for this position should have relevant experience in inventory control in large-scale E-commerce environments, as well as in wholesale and retail replenishment fulfillment operations. They should also have a continuously improving mindset and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communication skills are essential, as the Senior Quality Program Manager will need to collaborate with both executives and site leadership and associates to achieve their goals.
