What You’ll Do:
-
Elevated Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and development. Conduct coaching conversations to correct behaviors and develop training plans for personal growth and behavior correction.
- Elevated Management: Lead and oversee operations of your portfolio, reporting to the director of property management. This includes managing occupancy, accounts receivable, expenses, maintenance, and resident concerns and communicating with the appropriate teams on these matters. Adequately handle legal matters, involving other parties as needed.

Elevated Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Coordinates with the director of leasing and asset management team on capital requests, approving and monitoring capital spending for unit flooring and appliances. Collaborate with the appropriate parties to effectively prioritize maintenance schedules.

Elevated Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address issues affecting property performance, finding effective solutions to drive results. Communicate with appropriate parties to monitor and manage the performance of vendors providing contracted services on portfolio properties, excluding asset management project work.
Who You Are:

Elevated Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating your capability to lead effectively.

Elevated Communication: Your communication skills are strong and clear, both in writing and verbally, ensuring seamless interaction in all situations.

Qualifications and Skills

5?years’ experience in a leadership role.

Bachelor’s Degree a plus.

Ability to critically think and problem solve.

Proven success with individual and team development

Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into manageable pieces.
