ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the management of dining rooms at the restaurants and other facilities.
They are responsible for assuring a high standard of appearance, hospitality, service, and cleanliness. They plan, coordinate and direct activities of their dining room staff to provide professional and fine dining service to guests.
