Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Softgoods sales staff and department inventory control.Job Responsibilities

Greet all customers in the storeDevelop a rapport with the customers through conversation to understand their needsBuild trust from the customer through product knowledge and the delivery of accurate informationBring the sale to a successful closeExpand the sale by demonstrating knowledge of accessory and / or related products or warranty agreements as appropriate for the needs of the customerOperate the cash register to complete the saleMerchandise the store by stocking shelves, counters, or tables with productsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills / Abilities
