Being a Radiation Technician has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Radiation Technician works under immediate supervision. MAJOR FUNCTION:
The Network Manager of Radiation Oncology Practice Operations reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of the Oncology Service Line. The Manager of Radiation Oncology serves as the leader of day-to-day operations for multiple Radiation Oncology locations, including but not limited to: The Leading-Edge Cancer Center in Mullica Hill and the Frank and Edith Scarpa Cancer Pavilion in Vineland. This role is responsible for leading all Radiation Oncology operations in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Inspira Health. The incumbent is accountable for the effective and efficient operation of areas of oversight which include operational, strategic, financial, and human resources duties. The Manager of Radiation Oncology partners with other leaders to improve processes, quality, safety, patient experience, productivity, and efficiency of practice.
