Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Membership Manager at Texas Public Radio. The Membership Manager will be responsible for service, retention and growth of our membership base. Responsible for maintaining donor record accuracy; recording member payments including matching gifts and third-party contributions. Ensures supporters receive a high-quality customer service experience with a goal of increasing retention and attracting new members. Supervises membership part time and intern staff.
