The Manager of IT Operations is responsible for identifying business or customer requirements and information technology alternatives. This position will translate requirements into new information technology project specifications and reports, create project plans for information technologies, including development and testing, and identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects. The Manger of IT Operations will supervise and utilize the IT Operations Team in the delivery of technology support and completion of projects and goals.

What you'll do:
- Supervises IT Operations Team in coordination of project delivery and business needs.
- Organizes and manages multiple tasks; directs and coordinates work; keeps management informed in a
timely fashion; conducts all business in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.
- Assists in IT project research, development, and implementation.
- Provides daily help desk support, escalating, or redirecting issues as needed.
- Provides expert level support with device configurations, compliance, and maintenance.
- Provides expertise in technology infrastructure design, maintenance, and upkeep.
- Provides support and maintenance for all instances of hardware, OS, and software applications.
- Budget preparation is well planned, ensuring financial soundness with a focus on increasing income and
minimizing expenses while maintaining quality. Seeks ways to increase revenue.
- Successfully manages overall and/or departmental budget. Meets annual budget.
- Proactively & effectively identifies, assesses, threats and vulnerabilities, and develops solutions to
prevent, eliminate or reduce risks to the organization in terms of safety, general security of facilities, IT
security, insurance, ethics violations, or anything that could potentially cause harm to clients, staff,
Buckeye Ranch, or liability exposure to the organization
- Handles difficult situations in a professional and respectful manner. Is quality-focused, timely, and
exhibits a solid work ethic.
- Maintains compliance with appropriate policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and rules pertinent
to services provided while respecting confidential information.
- Completes or supports continuous quality reviews and monitoring of pertinent data and procedures as
needed for contracts, licensure, accreditation, etc.
- Assists in the design and implementation of IT and security compliance policies and procedures.
Who you are:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience: 2 or more years of IT management experience. 5 years of total IT experience.
- Certificates & Licenses: Completion Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification
required within first year of employment.
- Computer Skills: Advanced skills in the areas of Endpoint Security, Support and Management in a cloud
first environment.
- Driving: An essential function of position and employee must keep insurance on their vehicle and driving
record in accordance with policies.
