KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Excellent customer service and ensure a great donation/shopping experience for our customers.
• Help maintain store warehouse procedures of sorting, pricing, and moving incoming donations.
• Unload large furniture donations and load large sold items into customers vehicles.
• Respond to donor and customer questions.
• Communicate Ranch vision with donors and store customers.
• Comply with established standards and policies of The Ranch Community Store's Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of six months retail experience in a service-oriented business (preferred)
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
• Basic math skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
