Ranch Manager manages the overall daily operations of a farm/ranch. Provides supervision and direction to staff. Being a Ranch Manager is responsible for purchasing tools, equipment and materials. Responsible for the day to day planning of the classroom. Maintains controls of the environment at all times. Creates a learning environment and motivates children to want to learn. Offers words of encouragement, provides first aid as needed, allow children to be independent and encourages socialization and reinforces the rules of the learning center. When discipline is necessary it is administered according to the state guidelines. Notification is to be given to parents and center managers about any behaviors or issues that needs additional attention. You are required to assist with serving all meals and keeping the center cleaned and organized. Addresses assistants with respect. All issues should be addressed by center managers before bringing concerns to the director.
