-Day to day operations leading a shifts of 10 to 20 team members and subordinate leaders with excellence
-Opening and/or Closing the restaurant, cash management responsibilities
-Work with the Owner/Operator and the Senior Leadership team to fulfill the restaurants vision and purpose
-Foster a productive, yet fun, environment for our team members to prosper and grow
-Develop and retain a team of high performing subordinate leaders and team members
-Remain proficient and up to date in all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
-Continue to grow as a leader and challenge subordinates to do the same
