Rate Analyst jobs in Fayetteville, AR

We are looking for janitors to help each week night at 5:00PM. Each night will be routine cleaning of large office spaces which will include, but is not limited to, taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens/breakrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. Each night of work generally takes 2.5 to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a janitor
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
