  • A very desirable employer in Rutland, VT is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join the team on a full-time, interim basis! You’ll help make positive contributions to the company’s culture by providing the highest level of knowledge, service, and responsiveness in all areas of employee benefits.     Responsibilities of the Benefits Analyst

    • Analyze, evaluate, and monitor benefit plan eligibility, limitations, and restrictions to ensure compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements
    • Research current benefit trends and regulatory requirements, and recommend enhancements that will deliver competitive benefits at the best value
    • Coordinate the design and distribution of employee communications materials
    • Coordinate annual open enrollment process
    • Assist employees with enrollment and benefits-related inquiries
    • Provide data for compliance activities, reports, employee mailings, etc.
    • Assist in preparing and filing documents for state and federal regulatory requirements
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to help the team automate, simplify, and streamline all processes
    • Perform additional tasks and projects as required

    Qualifications of the Benefits Analyst

    • Previous related experience
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    The Benefits Analyst works Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay depends on experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
