    Auto-Wheels (Austin) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling and processing of wheel rim repairs- curb rash. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform maintenance on wheel rims and repairs wheels on all model vehicles.
    • Use power tools and specialized equipment to complete wheel repairs.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquires and concerns with customer.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
    • Auto painting experience is helpful.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of repairs and services performed via iPhone or Android.

    Requirements

    • Must have a reliable truck.
    • Able and willing to work outside/ outdoor elements.
    • Must have an iPhone or Android.
    • Must have a valid Driver's License and Insurance.
    • Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
    • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude is advantageous.
    • Ethical and on time to job locations.
    • Dependable.
    • Familiar with power tools and equipment used in automotive repair.
    • Excellent customer service skills with focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Detailed oriented with the ability to accurately document repairs.
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes.
