Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Rating Field Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential energy efficiency, green building, or a related field. As a Rating Field Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of residential properties to verify compliance with energy codes and green building standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties
- Verify compliance with energy codes and green building standards
- Document inspection findings and prepare reports
- Communicate findings to project managers, builders, and homeowners
- Provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential energy efficiency, green building, or a related field
- Knowledge of energy codes and green building standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
