The Rating Specialist works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     We are seeking a skilled Rating Field Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential energy efficiency, green building, or a related field. As a Rating Field Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of residential properties to verify compliance with energy codes and green building standards.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties
    • Verify compliance with energy codes and green building standards
    • Document inspection findings and prepare reports
    • Communicate findings to project managers, builders, and homeowners
    • Provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    • Previous experience in residential energy efficiency, green building, or a related field
    • Knowledge of energy codes and green building standards
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
