Real Estate Operations Manager

    A Day in the Life
    In this role, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running and no two days will ever look the same. You will help coordinate listing preparation, work closely with our transaction manager, attend inspections, run errands, coordinate client and team events, and generally support our team whenever possible.

    Compensation:

    $85,000 - $95,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule all vendors for each new listing.
    • Confirm and attend all vendor appointments, gather and track invoices.
    • Shop for all odds and ends related to each listing.
    • Calendar management for all listings.
    • Prep listings for photoshoots and attend photoshoots.
    • Purchase closing/referral gifts and write thank you notes.
    • Oversee all details required for each listing to go to market.
    • Work with our design and marketing team on some marketing collateral/promotional items.
    • Plan in-person client marketing events, handling logistics and execution.
    • Attend home inspections (with and without clients).
    • Oversee repairs and contractor work on our listings.
    • Manage our signs and lockboxes including installing and removing.
    • Manage all listing keys.
    • Serve as a point-of-contact for seller clients with concierge-level service.
    • Maintain impeccable organizational and communication skills with all team members.
    • Host occasional Sunday afternoon open houses during spring and fall markets.

    Qualifications:

    • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents.
    • Previous experience in the real estate industry.
    • Either already has or is working towards real estate license.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • You live within a 30-minute commute and have your own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.
