Being a Real Estate Analyst may assist in contract negotiations. Conducts due diligence on properties to be acquired. In addition, Real Estate Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of unit/department. Being a Real Estate Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
