As they continue to expand their portfolio, we're seeking a talented Junior Real Estate Analyst with experience in any of the following areas, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial/residential, hotels or underwriting to join their team.

Position Overview:
As a Junior Real Estate Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the investment strategies by conducting thorough research, data, insights, historical information, analysis and analytics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate investment industry while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analyses, including cash flow modeling, pro forma projections, and sensitivity analyses.
• Perform market research and due diligence to assess investment opportunities and market trends.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition and disposition processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate analysis, investments, underwriting or a similar field
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
