Assist clients with preparing and reviewing real estate documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory. Conduct regular market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate information and advice on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Valid real estate license in the Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Maryland areas (OR willingness to obtain one, with costs covered by Crown Homes Real Estate).
    • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a strong desire to excel in the industry.
    • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and platforms.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
