- review and analyze legal real estate contracts
- examine court records for real estate property sales
- Prepare and oversee 1031 Exchanges
- Commissioner Sales for transfer to new parties
-exam title, produce title commitments and effectively work to resolve potential title issues so that we can get to the closing quickly helping us meet the expectations of clients.
This position's responsibilities are:
- Prepare title documents for closings and the transfer of real property.
- Work closely with lenders, banks, clients, and non-profit agencies to clear titles.
- Conduct closings, meet with parties as needed.
-Oversee the legal aspects of real estate transactions, negotiating the terms and conditions of real estate transactions and the transfer of titles.
- Attorney will work with the underwriting counsel of major title insurance underwriting companies.
