Title Stream, LLC is seeking a full-time, licensed real estate attorney or notary for our office in Destrehan. The right candidate will be organized and have a warm demeanor and natural inclination toward customer service. No prior experience in this field is necessary.
Applicant must be willing to play a variety of different roles:
· maintain ownership and customer support throughout the life of a file, including assisting operations staff with tasks needed to complete the file
· preparation of documents / packages to be sent out for closings / recording
· conducting real estate closings
· performing legal and curative title work
· public speaking / teaching
Applicant must meet the following qualifications:
· Admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana and in good standing
· Willingness to travel to our various offices to assist with real estate closings
